Lemon Cake Slice

Description: Vanilla sponge cake covered with a vanilla buttercream with layers of lemon frosting.

Ingredients: Sugar, dried glucose syrup, rapeseed oil, EGG, polysorbate 60, WHEAT flour (calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamine), potassium sorbate, modified maize starch, WHEY powder from MILK, raising agent (sodium acid, pyrophosphate, colour (lutein), sodium bicarbonate), potato starch, emulsifier; humectant glycerol.

Additional Ingredients: Sodium steroyl-2-lactylate, rich starch, guar gum flavouring, stabiliser, carboxymethyl cellulose, icing sugar, anti-caking agent, tricalcium phosphate (E341), water, palm oil, salt, emulsifier, flavouring, colour; carotenes, vitamins A and D, disodium phosphate.
